29TH ANNUAL GRAY GHOST 5K RUN & 1-MILE FITNESS WALK
12:50pm (registration starts at 10:00 am) Registration Fee: $20 in advance (must be received by ABLA by noon on October 22) or $25 race day. 5K Course is USATF Certified with age group awards 3 deep in 9 age groups. Long-sleeved shirts and refreshments are available for finishers of either event. Be sure to come early as many people will be arriving in Anoka for the Grand Day Parade and traffic will be heavy. Costumes encouraged; awards will be given to the five: best individual, 2 to 3 person teams and group costumes. Animals are not allowed on race course.
