The Banfill-Locke Center for the Arts building is available for rental. Our unique space and historic facility can be used for your meetings, classes, workshops, retreats, readings, or small receptions. With many rooms, the space is perfect for small groups. Our largest space accommodates 45 people. Rental is affordable, starting at just $50 per day. Please note that we do not have a kitchen, so catering options may be limited.

MVCT has entertained audiences in the North Metro since 1984. Performances of Grand Scale Broadway Musicals are held in the Irondale High School Theater in New Brighton.
