Victory Links Golf Course

This unique 18-hole golf course is the jewel of the National Youth Golf Center. Built for youth golfers, Victory Links has multiple tee boxes on every hole. This means the course plays from 2,834 to 7,092 yards so youth and families of all ages and abilities can play together. One of the other unique features is that youth have first priority in tee times seven days in advance. This truly makes Victory Links course the place to golf for Minnesota youth. In fact, the name of the course came from Minnesota's youth. Young people voted on the Victory Links name, through focus groups at North Metro middle schools. The kids liked the name because of the connection to other sports activities taking place at the National Sports Center, such as soccer, hockey, lacrosse and cycling.

The Wargo Nature Center is dedicated to creating awareness, knowledge, and appreciation of natural and cultural environments and their resources. We strive to foster responsible stewardship and lifelong learning in people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds through environmental and recreational programs and actions.

Near the visitors’ center you will find our wild bird feeders, visited by much more than just a variety of birds. You will also see our many gardens; some to attract butterflies, another to increase water quality, and all are beautiful to look at. Of course, here at Wargo, you will always find experienced and friendly naturalists and staff to answer any of your questions. Canoes, kayaks, snowshoes, and kicksleds are also available to rent at the visitors’ center.
