What started in 1981 as a tribute to New Brighton’s early roots in the cattle and railroad industries has grown into a spectacular multi-day festival showcasing the very best of our modern, vibrant city.

Join neighbors and visitors alike for an unforgettable weekend packed with a grand parade, brilliant fireworks, the Antique Car Run, and live music. Between the New Brighton Idol contest, the bags tournament, local craft booths, food trucks, and fresh-roasted sweet corn, there is something for everyone.
