Adventure Race

Join us for the first-ever New Brighton Parks and Rec Adventure Race March 19-21! Similar to the “Amazing Race”, registered groups will use clues to navigate to New Brighton area businesses and parks. At each location, participants will be required to complete specific challenges, collect business swag, decode their next clue and more! Friends and family will have the ability to complete the race on their own time throughout the weekend, but the group to navigate through everything in order the fastest, WINS! A prize will be awarded.

General business hours will be a factor to consider as you plan when to begin your race. It is recommended to start the race no earlier than 9am Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and no later than 2pm Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Registration fee is $25 per group. We ask that groups have no more than 5 people. Each location is located within New Brighton.

Driving is advisable and allowed! Please abide by the speed limit. Also, please adhere to each businesses’ COVID-19 policies that they have implemented such as wearing a mask and social distancing. Please dress warm, bring $5 (any form of payment), a pen, and a smartphone with a camera.

You will receive your first clue via email on Thursday, March 18. The remaining clues will be at each location.
