Celebrate Fall in the Gateway!

The Twin Cities Gateway region is home to a variety of fall festivals, each with its own unique flavor. Here is a brief overview of some of the most popular fall festivals in the region:

Anoka Halloween - October

Anoka, Minnesota is known as the “Halloween Capital of the World,” and its annual Halloween festival is one of the largest and most popular in the country. The festival features a variety of events, including parades, costume contests, haunted houses, and hayrides. It is a great place to celebrate Halloween with family and friends.

Blaine Oktoberfest Craft Fair - October 7

The Blaine Oktoberfest Craft Fair is a one-day event that takes place on Saturday, October 7th from 12pm to 6pm at the Blaine City Hall. The fair features a variety of crafters selling a variety of handmade items, including jewelry, pottery, clothing, and home décor. There is also a food truck court and live music performances.

Coon Rapids Fall Festival - October 15

The Coon Rapids Fall Festival at Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park features a variety of activities for all ages, including pumpkin carving, face painting, hayrides, and a scarecrow contest.

Springbrook Nature Center's Pumpkin Night in the Park - October 21

Saturday, October 21 from 5-9 P.M.

Important Note: $12 per person ages 3+, ALL TICKETS will be sold in advance, NO TICKETS available at the gate

Get ready for a fantastic fall adventure at Springbrook Nature Center!  Enjoy trails lined with more than 1,000 carved and lit pumpkins, costumed characters, live entertainment, campfires, and get tasty treats from one of the six food vendors.

Anoka County Farms - Scott R. Bromley Memorial Pumpkin Classic Car Show - September 22

Join us at the 2nd Annual Scott R Bromley Memorial Pumpkin Classic Car Show & Fall Festival on Friday, September 22 from 5 – 8 pm at Anoka County Farms – 125 Bunker Lake Blvd, Ham Lake 55304

Wargo Nature Center Fall Festival - October 21

Celebrate the symphony of fall at Wargo Nature Center! We’ll crank up the cider press, play pioneer games and have self-guided nature activities, including a new Fall Sound Garden. Wander through the enchanting autumn forest and immerse yourself in the unique auditory experience of music and nature sounds intertwined.

New Brighton Pumpkin Walk- October 21

Join us for the fourth annual New Brighton Pumpkin Walk! Walk the path, view the glowing pumpkins, enjoy a live DJ glow dance, glow games and more! Come in costume or wearing your favorite Neon/Glow outfit!

Shoreview Boo Bash - October 28

Put on your best costume and enjoy trick-or-treating, hayrides, spooky trail walk, music, bonfire with build your own s’mores and a photo station.

Registration required for anyone attending the event over the age of 1.

Registration deadline: October 23

Cost: $8
