Community Outings – “Music Man”

All community outings depart from and return to the Mary Ann Young Center unless noted otherwise and include motorcoach transportation. Times include pick-up and return. Outings include lunch and ticket (unless noted otherwise). A fun and transformative story, The Music Man is family entertainment at its best. Follow fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band that he vows to organize. This all despite the fact that he does not know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall. Trip includes: motor coach, play, and lunch.
