The art of Sourdough is not a new concept but it sure has become more popular in the last year! That’s why when I set out to find a gal who was more then capable to teach on sourdough I knew I had hit the jack pot when I met Mrs. Rachel Jordan! Rachel is not only passionate about sourdough but she is a natural born creative and teacher! With hundreds of loaves and just about 100 starters under her belt, Rachel is just the gal to get you and I started on our “Sourdough Journey!”
